Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Swift SOAP account and all associated data at any time, using either of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete it yourself in the app

Sign in, go to Settings, and tap Delete account. This is instant and doesn't require contacting us.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in — or would rather we handle it for you — email hello@swiftsoap.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and login credentials
• Your patient records
• Your consultation history, including transcripts and clinical notes
